Operating principle:

When the fuel passes through the structurer (magnetic activator), the fuel molecules temporarily turn into cations (cathodes). The constant magnetic field of the magnets leads to the splitting of hydrocarbon clusters into smaller components.


As a result, the hydrocarbon molecules become more active spin-state, which allows you to use additional oxygen at the time of ignition of the mixture and contributes to a more complete combustion of the fuel. Combustion in an internal combustion engine becomes more efficient, and the amount of exhaust gases decreases. The magnetic field strength of the magnetic activator is up to 12,000 Gauss.

The result of a more perfect combustion is the reduction of the amount of toxic substances in the exhaust gases of automobiles and the flue gases of boilers and other equipment: CO, benzopyrene, oxides of nitrogen and unburned hydrocarbons of the CH group. On vehicles with fuel catalysts - the composition of the exhaust gases does not undergo any special changes.


But since the catalyst has to process a smaller amount of poisonous gases, its service life will increase by almost 2-3 times. The engine quickly reaches normal operating temperature. In view of this, soot formation is significantly reduced, especially in diesel engines.


Moreover, existing soot deposits are burned out from the combustion chambers of the fuel, from the end of the pistons, from the grooves of the piston rings, from the valve plates and from the spark plugs. Due to this, the engine wears less, its service life increases, and pollution of the oil and the environment also decreases.


The car starts to noticeably easier to pull and wind up, the throttle response of the engine "increases", the power increases. The course of the car becomes more uniform. Improves the lubrication system. The engine cold start valve can be more likely to be returned to its original position. The engine quickly reaches the normal operating temperature, the wear of the cold engine decreases, the engine is easier to start and less troit, especially during the cold season.


As a result of all this, the efficiency increases and fuel economy is achieved from 5% to 20%. Part of the fuel that had not burned at all, or burned in the exhaust pipe, now gives energy to the engine. In general, increases the efficiency of the engine.


Higher magnetic activation results are obtained when using low grade fuel A-76 gasoline with a mixture of gasoline and diesel fuel.


Interesting results were obtained by specialists at the Kiev Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers in the study of electrophysical effects on fuel and lubricants. Here it was found that the magnetic treatment of fuel lubricants allows:


1). To reduce the concentration of toxic substances in the exhaust gases, namely:

   - nitrogen oxides by 25-30%;

   - carbon monoxide 3-4 times;

   - hydrocarbons up to 30%;

2). Reduce the formation of coke deposits (for example, on the piston head by 2-3 times).

3). Reduce wear on rubbing surfaces:

   - in the environment of diesel fuel by 40-50%;

   - aviation kerosene by 30-40%;

   - lubricating oil 2-3 times.

4). Reduce specific and weight fuel consumption by 5%.

5). Reduce hourly fuel consumption at idle by 4-6%.

6). To reduce the coking ability of engine oil by 10-15%.


The obtained bench results were confirmed by operational tests on diesel engines "SMD-140", KAMAZ-740, "Mercedes-Benz", Belaz-7519 and bus "Ikarus-280". It has also been established that during storage of a fuel in a magnetic field, its evaporation and oxidation decrease.


Coolant treatment with EcoLid-Bio Automagnet

For the treatment with the magnetic field of the coolant, the structurant is installed on the lower water pipe between the pump and the radiator.


Since within an hour the entire coolant passes through the structurer several times, the efficiency of such processing is very high. This is confirmed by the 100% prevention of scale formation throughout the coolant circulation path, regardless of its type: water, antifreeze or antifreeze.


Magnetic treatment of water reduces corrosion in the engine housing elements, especially if there is aluminum in the housing material. For example: the use of water will eliminate the use of antifreeze and other toxic liquids in summer to cool the engine.


In this case, you will get two additional effects: the heat capacity of water is higher than that of antifreeze - this improves engine cooling and reduces the corrosiveness of the cooling medium as compared with antifreeze 2.5-3 times.


According to our observations, the heat capacity of magnetized coolant of all kinds is higher than that of non-magnetic: by water - by 11%, antifreeze and antifreeze - by 9%. Improving the cooling conditions of the engine increases its efficiency and reduces wear on parts.


As a result, in the hot season (under normal conditions there is a large overconsumption of fuel and increased wear of engine parts), the car works in more comfortable conditions and at the same time consumes significantly less fuel. For your information: 1 mm of scale in the cooling shirts and radiator causes an overrun of automotive fuel by 12%. These savings will be added to the savings achieved by installing a fuel structurator.

Rules of installation of the Strutirator "EcoLid-Bio"

The structurer is mounted on the fuel line without disassembling, and the following rules should be observed:

1. To mount the structurer with the car engine off, after it reaches a safe temperature.

2. Lay the structurer on the fuel line so that neither the structurer nor the flexible latch comes into contact with hot or moving parts.

3. When mounting the structurer, the arrangement of the sides (left or right) does not matter.

The structrator can be installed on any part of the fuel feed pipe (as close as possible to the injectors and the injector).


The number of structurers per vehicle is set depending on the power and structure of the engine: 1 vehicle is installed on a vehicle with a volume of up to 2 liters, 2 or more are recommended over this volume.


Operation of the Ecolid-Bio Structuator

Method of measuring fuel consumption

When carrying out measurements it is necessary to remember the following conditions:

• Know the exact fuel consumption before installing the Ecolid-Bio.

• Know the fuel consumption of liters / km by computer (record data). While driving, set the fuel consumption meter liters / km to zero.

• Fill a full tank with fuel and set the mileage counter to zero (record data).

• Make several measurements in a row in urban settings and on the highway.


Use at least 3 \ 4 tanks and refill the full tank again. We divide the filled liters by kilometers and multiply by 100. We get the consumption of liters per 100 km. For quick results, it is advisable to drive about 20 km along the highway (outside the city). It uses information on-board computer fuel meter liters / km.
